2. For most products, the standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. AURRA STUDIO reserves the right to modify or update return policies without prior notice.
4. If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the return address shared by our support team.
5. Any return or exchange charges, if applicable, will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
4. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by AURRA STUDIO.

📌 Important Notes for Return & Refund

• 👕 Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.
• 🏷️ Items must have original tags and packaging intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.
• ✂️ Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
• ⏰ Return or exchange requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
